The AI Trust Gap: Leading Without Understanding

AI is already shaping decisions in your organization, whether you approved it or not. Most managers are expected to lead through this shift without ever getting a real chance to understand what they're actually working with, and that gap between using a tool and trusting it is where the real risk lives. Rather than hand you a list of best practices, we'll spend the hour working through the questions you should already be asking: What is this tool actually doing when it gives you an answer? Where does your judgment matter more than the model's? What are you actually committing to, and how hard is it to walk back, when you adopt a given tool? We won't pretend an hour closes the gap, but it's a start on knowing what you don't yet know.
