Through hands-on activities and presentations, you'll get an interactive introduction to wind energy systems. Specifically, we'll focus on the principles, design, and operation of wind turbines turning wind power into energy. Students will explore the aerodynamics of wind turbines, energy conversion processes, system components, and site assessment techniques.
