This class is based off of the ABC Need-to-Know content for the certification exam.  The online content will cover wastewater concepts which includes the following: pretreatment of wastewater, primary treatment in a clarifier, secondary biological treatment in lagoons, trickling filters, and activated sludge. The class also reviews wastewater math, sludge digestion, solids handling, pumping and maintenance, effluent chlorination and disinfection questions along with several practice exams.
