This class is for individuals 16 and older who have received three moving traffic convictions during a 12-month period, have been convicted of a serious violation, or are required to attend by order of a Driver Improvement Hearing Officer. Participation in and successful completion of the Driver Improvement Program is required to retain your driving privileges. If you do not complete the course, a notice of suspension will be issued, and your driving privileges will be revoked. Please note that if you accumulate more than three moving violations within a twelve-month period, completion of this course may not prevent the suspension of your driver's license. Certificates of completion will be given at the end of class.
