Young chefs will embark on an exciting culinary journey through Japan, discovering the balance of bold and delicate flavors, beautiful presentation, and thoughtful techniques that define this cuisine. Chefs will explore how tradition and creativity come together in the kitchen. Through tasting, cooking, and cultural exploration, campers will deepen their appreciation for global food traditions. Ages 10-15.
