Certificate Series:Learn to Lead for Non-Profit Manager
Step into leadership with greater confidence. Learn to Lead is a 16-hour program designed for new and emerging nonprofit managers who want practical tools they can use right away. Through four interactive sessions, participants strengthen their leadership skills, build stronger team culture, improve communication, manage programs more effectively, and connect daily work to organizational goals. Real-world assignments between sessions give participants the opportunity to apply what they learn, reflect on results, and build the confidence to lead people, programs, and priorities more effectively. Classes include: Learn to Lead - Lead Yourself Session 1, Learn to Lead - Leading Others Session 2, Learn to Lead - Lead Others Session 3, and Learn to Lead - Leading in the Organization Session 4.
