Through four interactive sessions, participants strengthen their leadership skills, build stronger team culture, improve communication, manage programs more effectively, and connect daily work to organizational goals. Real-world assignments between sessions give participants the opportunity to apply what they learn, reflect on results, and build the confidence to lead people, programs, and priorities more effectively. Classes include: Learn to Lead - Lead Yourself Session 1, Learn to Lead - Leading Others Session 2, Learn to Lead - Lead Others Session 3, and Learn to Lead - Leading in the Organization Session 4.
