If you know the basics of QuickBooks but want to learn more about the program, this is the course for you. Learn to manage physical inventory, work with sales tax, create purchase orders, receive items, sell inventory, receive discounted and electronic payments, work with refunds, and produce inventory reports. Work with balance sheet accounts and budgets to track petty cash, write off uncollectible receivables, work with fixed assets and current liabilities, set up long-term liabilities, and work with equity accounts. Use QuickBooks for payroll for an outside service or internally, process deductions, track liabilities, correct errors and work with payroll forms for reporting. Learn how to do job costing, create estimates and conduct time tracking. Discover ways to customize and integrate into QuickBooks. The 2018 version of QuickBooks will be used in class.
