This eight-hour class covers the National Electrical Code requirements for residential wiring beginning with general requirements and continuing through service installation, grounding and bonding, conductor sizing and installation, overcurrent protection, box sizing, receptable locations, lighting and switching rules, appliances, heating and air conditioning, and spas, hot tubs, and hydromassage bathtubs. The presentation has been completely updated to include all significant residential changes in the 2017 NEC. This course is approved by the Iowa Electrical Examining Board for eight hours of electrical code.
