The Chef’s Table series is a perfect four-course series for students looking for more confidence in the kitchen. This is a hands-on series focused on learning by doing. Each week students will learn how to prepare one part of an elegant four-course meal guaranteed to impress friends and family. Classes include: Appetizers and Knife Basics, Soups and Salads, Entrees Basics, and Desserts Basics. Ages 18 and up.
