Have fun and be active this summer with a camp full of agility and cardio exercise. This camp will involve an exercise portion where campers will work out to fun music, run through exercise obstacle courses, and participate in fun activity games. Learn how important activity and nutrition is to being healthy and fit! You will also learn how to take your heart rate, read a food label, and learn about My Plate healthy eating and much more. We will also be making exercise ice cream to enjoy. Ages 9-13.
