This course covers the many duties of fire ground support company operations. A classroom session covers the tasks that must be conducted to be an effective fireground support company, including riding assignments and how they can work for your department, apparatus positioning, and apparatus operations at a fire scene. The bulk of the program is conducted using hands-on training. Topics covered include: forcible entry, vent enter search, search, peak and flat roof ventilation, horizontal ventilation, company officer tactics.
