This 4-hour class covers the National Electrical Code requirements for agricultural buildings, including permitted wiring methods, enclosure and box rules, protection against dust, moisture, and corrosion, GFCI protection, motors and luminaires, supply to buildings from a distribution point, grounding and bonding, conductor sizing, disconnect means, overcurrent protection, identification of distribution points and equipotential bonding plane. This course has been approved by the Iowa and Wisconsin Electrical Examining Board for four hours of code training.
