KICK Camp: What’s Your Story? Writing a Memoir

ID : 96465
« back to classes page
We’ll use stories from our own lives as we play with elements of craft, including character, setting, point of view, and plot. Through reflecting on our writing style, you will begin to identify and develop your unique writer’s voice. Students will leave class empowered with confidence and inspiration to continue writing “their story.” They can do this through poetry, blogging, social media, short stories, novels, and non-fiction. Ages 8-14.
