Learn a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting in a chair, or using a chair for support. This class includes a combination of yoga postures and stretches, along with breathing exercises designed to relieve stress, calm the mind, and increase mobility, balance and body awareness.  Chair yoga has helped with symptoms of health issues including hypertension, anxiety, chronic fatigue, arthritis, vertigo, clinical depression, and chronic pain.
