This class is designed for anyone needing a low impact workout.  TRX, resistance bands, core balls, dumbbells, and chairs will be included to help you increase strength, balance and flexibly.  Low impact aerobics to fun, upbeat music is added in intervals to help burn fat and help with heart health.
