A successful trainer must evaluate and implement diverse instructional methods and facilitations strategies to keep participants engaged and learning. Examine the positive impact that student led instruction, computer aided instruction and collaborative groupings can have on learning outcomes. Communication and presentation skills will be reviewed and practiced to increase trainer effectiveness.
