During this session, students learn about fining agents used to clarify wine. Applications of various fining agents will be performed to stabilize the wine. We will also have a professional wine-tasting workshop to explore the way experts analyze and grade wines. This is the fourth in our seven-part series on Wine Making and Winery Facility Management. Textbook required.
