Canning 101 - Jams

In this beginner canning class, participants will learn how to pick fruits and vegetables (yes vegetables) for making jams. Participants will learn how to balance sugars or reduce sugars in the jam making process. The instructor will also review how to purchase and use equipment for water bath canning, food preparation, and canning procedure safety.
