The Bridge: Conflict Sources and Their Solution Paths

Surprisingly, there are only three sources of conflict. This session teaches participants how to identify the sources of their conflict, and most importantly, how each source has a different optimal methodology to solving it. After you learn to diagnose the source, you can apply the best method to manage it. These skills will be applied to the course work completed in the class, The Conflict Dynamic, paired along with further discussion. This is part two of a two-part course on managing conflict.
