Series:Barre Fitness: Strength, Tone, and Flexibility Class Series

Transform your workout with a Barre class that targets every muscle group! Using just your body weight and a barre, this class will help you build strength, increase flexibility, and improve balance. Suitable for all fitness levels, you'll leave each session feeling strong and energized. Don't forget your mat and water bottle. Let's get moving! Signing up for this class signs you up for all 5 sessions in March. Each session is also open for single class enrollment.
