Basic Medical Terminology (online) - HOMESTUDY

This course is for allied health professionals or individuals who wish to work in medical records, doctors' offices, and insurance companies. This innovative online course includes interactive learning with videos, audio pronunciation, flash cards, and quizzes. Content will be focused on medical terms, word roots, suffixes, prefixes, and body systems. Once registered, students will have 4 months to complete the coursework. Quizzes and tests will be conducted online. When all the coursework has been completed, if you have maintained an average score of 70% or higher, a certificate will be sent to you for having successfully completed the course. This is a noncredit course; therefore, a pass/fail grade will be issued.
