Healing the Dying - HOMESTUDY

Learn the sociological, spiritual and emotional aspects for terminal patients and their families. Be able to assist all persons through the dying process so they are better able to come to terms with it. This Nursing homestudy course, Healing the Dying, has been approved for 8.25 Nursing Contact Hours by Iowa Board of Nursing Provider #30. It is a textbook-based course that may be started at any time during the year. The student is responsible for purchasing the book (Healing the Dying, ISBN 978-0766825727) in a format of their choice in order to complete the course. Please review book options prior to registering for this course. Other course materials are mailed to the student within approximately 10 working days of registration and students then have 8-weeks to complete their coursework. Upon completion, students return the completed post-test and evaluation form in the provided postage-paid envelope. The test is reviewed and graded, and based upon a passing score, a certificate is issued. No refunds are issued after the materials are mailed out at the start of a Homestudy course, therefore, the listed refund date on any confirmation does not apply.
