Math for Water Distribution Operators (SS)

This course will cover problem solving for math problems used in Water Treatment and Water Distribution plants, and will also help with studying for the certification exam. Math for Water systems covers: conversions, linear, area and volume computations, velocity and flow, detention time, water pumping and storage, chemical dosage and feed rate, backwash, overflow, horsepower, hardness, water softening, and wells. This class will be completed via paper pencil and the final exam only will be need to be administered by a supervisor or co-worker.
