This class is for both new and long-time Mac desktop or laptop users. Do you want to get up to speed quickly and learn how to use all of its features effectively? Learning about the operating system is the best way to become comfortable using your computer. Explore the basics and beyond in this introductory class, including the Finder program, managing documents and files, using apps and programs, and even find out why the trackpad can make your tasks quicker and more efficient (one of its best features). Discover how to control your Mac using Preferences and learn how to stop your documents and pictures from disappearing. Did you know you can start something on one Apple device and finish it on another one seamlessly? We will learn about all of this and much more. Computers are provided, however if you have a laptop, you can bring it with you (along with the power cord).
