Do you enjoy chewy, delicious bagels? Join us to learn the process of making these traditional yeast-leavened rolls with their chewy, shiny crust and dense, tender interior. Time constraints will have us learning the various techniques involved in making traditional bagels, then moving on to boil, top, and bake some of our own bagels to take home. $12 materials fee, due at start of class.
