We will make our wrappers from scratch, then prep our ingredients to cook some delicious pork potstickers. These authentic homemade pot stickers promise to be everything you want in a dumpling: plump and nicely chewy, filled with tender pork and vegetables, and perfectly flavored with fresh ginger and green onion. Material fee: $12 per student, due at start of class.
