Understanding diversity, equity, and inclusion is critical to the professional success of any individual or team. This class will differentiate diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice. In addition, we will discuss how these phenomena show up in the workplace and impact our interactions with others. Students will be able to define and describe various challenges related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Registration closes the Wednesday prior to the class start date.
