T'ai Chi is an ancient martial art that uses slow, flowing movement and postures to increase balance, strength, focus, energy, and grounding. It is frequently described as "meditation in motion" and is a way to move through life. This four-week session introduces the principles of t'ai chi and the Cheng Man-Ching 37-posture short form.
