Infant Massage

Discover the magic of touch and benefits of massage in our Infant Massage course. This two-part course is designed for caregivers and their little ones or those expecting. This hands-on experience teaches gentle, effective massage techniques to promote calming and relaxation for your baby or toddler, strengthens the bond between caregiver and child, and supports overall well-being. During the first class parents/caregivers will receive expert guidance from a certified instructor on massage basics, oils and child positioning, and tools to practice at home to prepare for class two. Class two is designed for parents/caregivers and their child to learn the full baby massage routine including techniques for colic relief and adaptations for the growing child.
