Parenting and care-giving can feel overwhelming, especially when your child is struggling emotionally. This course is designed to empower parents and caregivers with confidence, clarity, and connection. Using the PAUSE framework - Play, Advocate, Understand, Safety, Empower - you'll gain practical tools to support your child's mental and emotional well-being while also strengthening your own resilience. Learn how to navigate tough conversations, foster a sense of safety and trust, and create a supportive environment where your child can thrive. Parenting is a journey, and you don't have to do it alone - join us to build the skills and confidence to support both your child and yourself. This workshop pairs best with the next workshop, Mission Possible: A PAUSE Workshop Creating Connected & Confident Families, where you and your teen can continue building on this framework together, strengthening your connection and putting these tools into practice as a team.
