Parenting today comes with challenges unlike any other time - social media, anxiety, and constant comparison can feel overwhelming for both teens and their caregivers. This interactive workshop brings parents, guardians, and young teens together to create a personalized guide for navigating life's pressures with confidence and connection. Through meaningful conversations and practical exercises, you'll explore setting healthy boundaries with technology, identifying trusted support systems, managing stress, and tackling tough topics as a team. Rooted in your family's values, this experience will help strengthen your relationship and equip your teen with the tools they need to thrive - because growing up is a journey best navigated together. For an even deeper foundation, consider joining our parent/caregiver-only course "Empowered Parenting: Confidence & Connection with PAUSE," where you'll gain key insights and strategies to better support your teen before diving into this workshop together. Instructor: Jill Katuin.
