This course is for Wastewater Grade 2 operators that will be sitting for the Grade 3 exam.  Participants will review the responsibilities of a grade 3 Wastewater operator that include the following topics: pretreatment of wastewater, primary treatment in a clarifier, secondary biological treatment in lagoons, trickling filters, and activated sludge. The class also reviews wastewater math, sludge digestion, solids handling, pumping and maintenance, effluent chlorination and disinfection. This course will assist you in preparing for your certification exam and will cover the latest ABC Need-to-Know criteria.
