This online course is for Wastewater Grade 2 operators that will be sitting for the Grade 3 exam.  Participants will review the responsibilities of a grade 3 Wastewater operator that include the following topics: pretreatment of wastewater, primary treatment in a clarifier, secondary biological treatment in lagoons, trickling filters, and activated sludge. The class also reviews wastewater math, sludge digestion, solids handling, pumping and maintenance, effluent chlorination and disinfection.
