Pharmacology for Pharmacy Technician II (Mirrored) (Hybrid)

This course is part of the noncredit Pharmacy Technician Certificate that prepares students for the Pharmacy Technician Certification exam needed to work as a Pharmacy Tech in Iowa. This course builds upon the concepts of Pharmacology for the Pharmacy Technician I and provides an understanding and knowledge base of pharmacologic therapies used to treat complex diseases. Learn the unique knowledge base needed by pharmacy technicians. This course is hybrid, requiring learners to be on campus one morning a week and the ability to complete remaining course work online on their own time within the weekly deadlines. One textbook package purchase is required at the start of the course and will be utilized in all classes throughout the certificate program.
