You will be introduced to the martial art Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. We will go over the basics including takedowns, applying submissions, submission defense and sparring (Not Required). Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a ground fighting sport that emphasizes leverage and skill over raw power, making it particularly useful for self-defense and MMA applications. No specific uniforms required; workout clothes are sufficient. We welcome ALL individuals interested in learning, training, or competing in BJJ.
