Join us in a presentation and discussion with Bill Stephens (Ph.D., Professor of Anthropology) on Mesoamerican archaeoastronomy. Discover how the fields of archaeology, astronomy, and cultural anthropology intertwine with specific examples from the Mayan/Toltec sites of Chichen Itza and Uxmal in southern Mexico. We'll also explore the significance of the planet Venus and Mayan calendrics.
