This is a credit class and continues Project Management Basics. It will focus on traditional project management tools and emerging project management technologies. Students develop a project plan, define and sequence tasks, identify critical path, allocate resources, estimate risks and maintain a budget. Use popular project management software, such as MS Project and MS Excel. This class is a hybrid format with online and in-person instruction. Students must have a computer and access class time. Textbooks are required and not covered in tuition. $713 (covers the cost of the lab fees and access to MS Project and Visio).
