This 16-hour course equips new managers in a nonprofit setting with essential leadership skills, focusing on self-awareness, team development, and organizational effectiveness. The curriculum is divided into four 4-hour sessions, each featuring objectives, timing, activities, relevant content, a summary, and homework assignments. Post-classroom assignments provide opportunities for the practical application of new skill sets reinforcing knowledge retention and promoting experiential learning. There are 4 sessions: Non-Profit Management Essentials x 2, Building Team Culture, and Program Development and Management.
