After traveling around the world on the H.M.S. Beagle for several years, Charles Darwin spent about five weeks in the Galapagos Islands during the fall of 1835. Come learn about the significance of Darwin's visit, what he saw on these tiny Pacific islands, and the impact it had on his thinking about evolutionary theory upon his return home to England. The instructor will share photos of his visit to the Galapagos as part of the presentation.
