"Hello, Imperfect You" is a 5-day guided, online experience designed to help participants recognize how perfectionism quietly influences their thoughts, behaviors, and stress levels. Each day includes a short voice note with reflection prompts and simple practices to build awareness and reduce self-pressure. This experience is delivered through voice notes in the Telegram app (free to download). You will receive a private group link upon registration and can listen and engage at your own pace throughout the series.
