Let's focus on building strong athletic fundamentals through a fun and structured routine! Campers will start with a lap around the track and a dynamic warm-up, followed by drills that develop agility, speed, and power. We will rotate through sport-specific skill stations designed to improve coordination and technique. Each session wraps up with engaging games that encourage teamwork, competition, and confidence. Ages 12-15.
