Sustainable continuous improvement doesn't come from tools - it comes from culture, and culture is shaped by how leaders behave every day. This session explores what it actually takes to build and sustain a CI culture, moving beyond events and projects to everyday improvement thinking. Topics include how to set direction and connect team members to a meaningful challenge, how to make improvement part of the daily routine rather than an add-on, how psychological safety enables people to surface problems and experiment freely, and how leaders at every level model the behaviors they want to see. Participants will reflect on their own leadership habits and leave with concrete actions to strengthen CI engagement on their teams.
