An interactive introduction to Lean thinking and continuous improvement for leaders and professionals across industries. Participants will build a practical understanding of key Lean terminology, including value-added work, waste reduction, flow, standard work, visual management, and root-cause problem-solving. Through discussion and hands-on application, participants will explore how Lean principles impact workplace efficiency, communication, team effectiveness, and day-to-day operations.
