Train people faster, safer, and more consistently. This hands-on course teaches supervisors, team leads, trainers, and experienced employees how to break down a job, explain key steps clearly, and coach others until they can perform with confidence. Ideal for anyone responsible for onboarding, cross-training, quality, safety, or process consistency. Participants will learn a proven method that helps reduce mistakes, shorten training time, prevent "tribal knowledge" from getting lost, and create a more reliable way to teach critical tasks. They will leave with practical tools they can use immediately to train employees the right way the first time. This is one class in a 3-course series.
