Improve the way work gets done - one method at a time. Participants will learn a proven method for analyzing current work, developing better approaches, and gaining buy-in for improvements. They will leave with practical tools they can use immediately to spot inefficiencies, solve everyday work problems, and make meaningful improvements without overcomplicating the process.
