Stay active, move with confidence, and build the skills needed to maintain independence and quality of life. This interactive three-part class is designed for adults who want to improve balance, mobility, coordination, and strength through safe, practical movement. Each session explores a key pillar of healthy aging, including balance and stability, agility and coordination, and functional strength for everyday activities. Participants will learn how movement supports longevity, fall prevention, and overall wellness while practicing simple exercises that can be incorporated into daily routines at home. Through guided instruction, education, and hands-on practice, you'll gain practical tools to help improve confidence, maintain independence, and support healthy aging for years to come. Participants will leave with exercise handouts and resources to continue their progress between sessions and beyond the course.
