Many AI initiatives focus on isolated productivity gains, summarizing documents, generating emails, or automating small tasks. But long-term value comes from building systems that help organizations learn, standardize knowledge, and create reusable operational intelligence over time. We will discuss a practical framework for evaluating AI use cases across three layers of value: task automation, organizational learning, and long-term capability creation. Attendees are encouraged to bring one or two process ideas, operational pain points, or workflow challenges from their own environment to discuss. We will discuss how AI efforts can create immediate value, what systems improve over time, and what future capabilities those efforts may eventually enable. This course is ideal for operational leaders, process owners, educators, managers, and innovation-focused professionals interested in thinking more strategically about AI adoption and organizational learning.
