Course number : CCPS-1120    ID : 161538

« back to classes page
Curious about what comes after AI chatbots like ChatGPT and Copilot? This beginner-friendly session introduces the emerging world of AI agents through a practical, business-focused lens. Instead of focusing on advanced coding or software engineering, this course explores how AI systems are beginning to move beyond answering questions into assisting with real operational workflows. Learn how AI can reason through tasks, interact with tools, and support repetitive business processes. We will review a value generation rubric and attendees will map real-world workflows, break tasks into structured steps, and design a conceptual AI Agent that could support their own work environment. This will include live demonstration of an agentic tool.  The session introduces the "Reason, Act, Observe" framework that powers many emerging AI systems while emphasizing practical strategy, governance, and safe experimentation. This course is designed for curious professionals who want to better understand where AI is heading and how operational teams can begin thinking about AI-assisted workflows today, without needing a programming background.
