Communicative Skills: Interactive Skills-Based Workshop

ID : 100568
« back to classes page
This workshop is designed to help learners develop a deeper appreciation for dialogue as the preferred approach to addressing a wide variety of organizational problems and makes a strong distinction between dialogue and discussion. The most often complaint heard in organizations is about failures of communication. The workshop zeros in on specific features of this failure by working through four levels of listening. We all think we are better listeners than we are and the workshop exposes our weakness and what we can do about them. The workshop involves serious self-reflection about our own practices.
